The map you're using may no longer be accurate.
There are leaders who sense that the map they're using no longer quite fits. Not because they're lost. Because the magnetic field changed — and their compass is still calibrated for the previous world. I help them see what's already happening in their industry before the market makes it costly not to.
The problem isn't access to information. It's that the instruments you use to measure the world are still calibrated for the previous one.
In 2024 I sold Edrans — one of the leading AWS partners in Latin America, one of the first ten globally to earn the Machine Learning Competency — and stepped away completely. Not to retire. To understand something I'd stopped asking.
I built a regenerative farm from scratch. Zero agriculture background. AI as my only advisor for every decision. 400 trees, 1,600 square meters of greenhouses, food donated to Uruguay's food bank. What I learned wasn't about farming. It was about how the line between 'I can do this' and 'I can't do this' is dissolving faster than most leaders realize.
Now I work with founders and executives in LATAM navigating five forces converging simultaneously: AI, quantum computing, robotics, the evolution of health, and energy. Not to sell them technology. To help them see what they're not seeing — before the market makes it expensive not to.
We have never had access to more information. And we have never been more confused. That is not a contradiction. It is a business model.
AI did not democratize information. We already had Google for that. AI democratized expertise, the ability to apply knowledge to real problems, in real time, without spending years acquiring it through approved institutions.
The era of credentials served its purpose. What comes next belongs to people who know what questions to ask, how to evaluate the answers, and why it matters. That is the Age of Understanding.
Every engagement starts with three questions: What are you building? Is it worth building? How does it serve life? The format depends on what you need.
A sustained relationship with someone who has no agenda other than your clarity. You bring the questions. I bring 25 years of pattern recognition across every major technology wave and the intellectual honesty to tell you what I actually think. No decks. No frameworks imposed on your reality.
A structured, intensive program for executive teams or boards. I apply the Wave Lens framework to your specific industry — mapping the five forces, identifying your blind spots, and building a strategic decision map. Small groups only. Real clarity, not a presentation.
I speak at executive conferences, corporate events, and leadership summits. Available in English and Spanish.
Your advantage is not what you know. It's what you decide to ignore. The story of how 25 years of navigating technology waves and building a regenerative farm with zero agriculture background revealed the same pattern: focus, depth, and results — when everything is competing for your attention.
Why the rules of expertise just changed, what the convergence of five technology forces means for your industry, and why the most valuable skill in the next decade is knowing what questions to ask. Built around 25 years of pattern recognition across every technology wave.
A live demonstration of the Wave Lens framework applied to the audience's industry. AI, quantum computing, robotics, the evolution of health, and energy and climate technology are converging simultaneously. Most organizations have blind spots in at least one. This keynote names them.
